- Must grant applicants reside in Massachusetts?
The organization, group of individual that applies just needs to be a MA resident and the project should serve a MA town. They can use the funds for how it fits the project needs, including paying for out-out-state performers, artists etc. ~ Sommers Smith, MCC

- West Springfield's 250th Parade Invitation for 2024
Arts Council may register to participate on August 20, per Carly Camossi. (July 11 email invitation)
The Parade will Kick off from St.Thomas School West Springfield MA on August 24th, 2024 at 11am. Parade participants will start gathering at 9am.
- Registered for participation in Veteran’s Day Parade - November 11 at 9 am
- Arts Council's Support of West Springfield's 250th Anniversary
- The West Springfield Arts Council will be listed within the "Sponsor Spotlight" section of the 250th Anniversary Supporter webpage
- John Matlock's artwork, with the required MCC/WSAC credit line, will be digitized and reprinted as part of a flyer that will be distributed at the upcoming Big E Celebration. [Please send the Arts Council a copy of this flyer to post on our webpage and Facebook site]
- Required MCC/WSAC credit line: This artwork is supported in part by a grant from the West Springfield Arts Council, a local agency which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
