The July 28 Grumbling Gryphons program is supported in part by a grant from the West Springfield Arts Council, a local agency which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council for the Arts, a state agency.
The mission of the West Springfield Arts Council, a Massachusetts Local Cultural Council (LCC), is to promote, support, and encourage the arts, humanities and interpretive sciences within the West Springfield community.
