A Fond Farewell to Robert Whitney and Madelyn Miller
The West Springfield Arts Council extends our thanks to Senator John Velis, Representative Michael Finn, and Mayor William Reichelt for their letters of appreciation and citations from the State's Senate and Representative's offices to Robert Whitney and Madelyn Miller who are retiring from the Arts Council after over seven years of service to our community.
