Thank you to Representative Michael Finn ~ Our West Springfield Arts Council is very appreciative of Representative Michael Finn's support and of the heartfelt tribute he paid to our town's veterans at today's celebration.
The mission of the West Springfield Arts Council, a Massachusetts Local Cultural Council (LCC), is to promote, support, and encourage the arts, humanities and interpretive sciences within the West Springfield community.
