The West Springfield Arts Council invites Class of 2023 West Springfield High School residents to apply for one of two $500 college scholarship awards.Applicants who will be majoring in the Arts such as Dance, Fine Arts, Music, Photography, Theater, TV & Film, are welcome to apply.
